If we can mandate PPE, fall protection, and lockout/tagout,

we should make tough conversations part of safety too like Invisible PPE™.

It’s time to add Suicide Awareness and Mental Health to the Stand‑Down list.

  • Slip‑trip‑falls, hydration, cab entry/exit, hand safety — all important.

But we’re long overdue to address the #1 crisis killing our people everyday.

The answer isn’t another corporate training video or a clinical expert who has never been there and doesn’t understand the trades.

This has to come from a peer — someone who has walked the walk, lived the life, and survived the fall.
